Patient Survey

In order for us to find out how we measure up to our own standards, a recent survey was conducted among our existing patients.

We’ll let the facts speak for us…

90% of our new patients are referred from other existing patients …That makes US smile!!

100% of the patients surveyed stated they never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for their appointments. We have a great deal of respect for our patients and their very busy lives. We place a high emphasis on time efficiency. Our patients appreciate being seen on time and getting to their next commitment on time!

98% of our patients made some reference to the fact that when they come to visit us, they feel happy, warm and welcome, like they are visiting old friends. We feel the same way!!

100% of the patients surveyed who had major cosmetic or appearance-enhancing treatments, stated that were completely satisfied with the results and that they wished they had made that investment in themselves years ago!
